I’m sure that you will be delighted with your art product from us, but problems to occur from time to time with the postage and the product itself. Even if your receive the item and you’re not 100% happy with it, I’m happy to refund it, see the terms below for returning something to me.
Alan Hill Art offer a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed returns policy. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Alan Hill Art , you have 30 days from the date you purchase your product to be entitled to a full refund.
To qualify for a refund the following must be met:
Postage Costs & Postage Refunds
- Contact must be made via one of the options on our contact us page to inform us you wish to return the item.
- The product must be returned as new with all parts and accessories such as hanging kits included.
- You are responsible for and must cover postage costs for returning any unwanted or damaged items. Alan Hill Art will refund the return postage cost for damaged items as long as you have provided photographic evidence of the damage as soon as you receive the item (see below).
Faulty Items
If you think your art product is damaged when you receive it, you must inform us within 10 working days. You can then return the product and if the damage is confirmed you will be reimbursed the cost of the return postage together with either a replacement product, postage free, or a full refund if that was your choice.
